The Terms of Service also describe how companies use Facebook services to store and manage chats and other information.
The report also states that the new terms will come into effect on February 8, 2021. The disclaimer states, “To continue using WhatsApp after this date, you must agree to the new terms, or you can delete your account at any time.” We are announcing updated terms and conditions in the coming weeks.
