Top 10 Best Fortnite Skin: From 2017 to 2021

Since 2017, Epic Games has built an exemplary money-print database of unique concepts and mind-boggling collaborations in the form of in-game cosmetics. Go ahead for four years and the same feeling applies to a greater degree. Epic established connections with popular video games, movies, and TV shows in 2021, making Fortnite one of the most comprehensive games in history.

Even though we’re still only five months out of the year, the developers have created many new options for players to choose from. Some of them include characters linked to the most prominent Hollywood action films and have expanded the ICON series. There is a lot to analyze, and INLIGTINGS has put together a list of the Best Skins for 2021 based on our preferences and the reception of players. Let’s dive into the list and see which clothes have been chosen.

Top 10 Best Fortnite Skin

REBIRTH HARLEY QUINN

The Fortnite rendition of Harley Quinn poses with a revolver on a red background with the shade of the Batman symbol behind her. | Top 10 Best Fortnite Skin: From 2017 to 2021

The documented history of Fortnite with DC Comics goes back to season 10, and the collaboration has not yet stopped completely. Given the popularity of Batman supervillain Harley Quinn, it made sense for Fortnite to create and distribute character outfits in the game that looked like her. The illusionist villain made her debut in February in two styles that closely resemble her appearance in the 2020 film “Birds of Prey”.

Epic Games and DC quickly followed suit with a Harley Quinn costume “Rebirth” as part of the launch of the Fortnite / Batman: Zero Point comic series. Fortnite and Harley Quinn fans got together for a redeemable code. It is a portrait of Harley Quinn that is somewhat similar to the original material. Those who missed the boat will have another chance to buy the Rebirth standard later this summer.

GINGERBREAD RAIDER

Fortnite’s rarest skin – the Renegade Raider – was among the first ones available for purchase in the game’s inaugural season. To unlock it, players must advance through the “Season Shop” and extract more than 1,200 V-Bucks. Those who are neglected are undoubtedly kicking themselves, as the skin has not reappeared in over three years.

Instead, Epic Games has created a new character that has an impressive likeness. While Blaze came first in June 2020, the Gingerbread Raider in late 2020 took a nod in this list. Yes, we’ve broken the rules a little bit since the Gingerbread version first hit the Item Shop last year. However, it was after our list of the best Fortnite skins of 2020 was published. The creativity used in Gingerbread Raider deserves recognition across all the lists, and is the closest we have to Fortnite’s rarest merchandise.

THEGREFG

Top 10 Best Fortnite Skin: From 2017 to 2021 | David “TheGrefg” Cánovas Martínez's ICON Series Fortnite skin appears with a controller modeled pickax on a red and yellow background.

LazarBeam was not the only breeder to receive treatment from the ICON series. Spanish content creator David “TheGrefg” Canovas Martinez has also joined names like Ninja, Travis Scott, and Loserfruit in that category. Like LazarBeam in Australia, TheGrefg has a loyal Spanish-speaking audience and a fan base. He also capitalized on the popularity of Fortnite to make a name for himself, which he invested in the clothing of a character in the game.

Facing a record number of 2.5 million viewers, TheGrefg revealed the look of the ICON series in all its glory. It depicts a shirtless superhero figure with a “G” logo on his chest and shiny gold and red color scheme. TheGrefg’s clothes are attractive and have a historical significance that is impossible to ignore. There is no discussion about TheGrefg being on this list.

AGENT JONES

Top 10 Best Fortnite Skin: From 2017 to 2021 | A screenshot from Fortnite on the Battle Pass section with a few different boxes showing different selections. The new Agent Jonesy skin stands in the middle of the image.

Introduced in Chapter 2 – Season 6, Agent Jones has incorporated the evolution of Fortnite Battle Royale since its launch in 2017. Not for the sake of being philosophical, but something poetic about Jonesy’s journey from the standard Fortnite character to the absolute position of the often volatile. a story. About the game. Jonesy is the constant, and his acting in Season 6 and 2021 is a case in point.

Let’s not forget the different styles that accompanied Agent Jones, portraying the character with different effects from his Zero Point adventures in Season 5. The transformation of this skin makes Agent Jones the best in a sea of worthy opponents.

CHUN-LI

Top 10 Best Fortnite Skin: From 2017 to 2021 | The Chun-Li Fortnite rendition strikes a pose with another variation mirroring it behind her.

Fortnite Season 15, nicknamed Zero Point, created a clever way for Epic to bring in more crossovers and exhibits. Chapter 2 – The Season 5 story sends Fortnite character John “Jonesy” Jones on a journey through the multiverse to help contain the totally unstable Ground Zero. One of those many trips brought Jony into the world of Street Fighter, snatching the famous characters Ryu and Chun Li.

Choosing between one and the other was difficult, but Chun Li seemed to be more popular in all categories. Her cosmetics entered the Item Shop on February 21 in two styles, lots of accessories, and a “Lightning Kick!” emote. The character’s appearance itself remained true to form and surreal for anyone familiar with Street Fighter.

LAZARBEAM

Top 10 Best Fortnite Skin: From 2017 to 2021 | The Lazarbeam Fortnite ICON skin holds a thumbs up with another outfit, a gingerbread with a hard hat, a sledgehammer and a white silhouette of a person sitting. The word "Fortnite" is on the side of the screen with the ICON Series shield logo beneath it.

Fortnite’s ICON Series paved the way for famous artists and influencers to leave their mark on the game for eternity. This series originally began with American DJ Marshmello, before others like Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, Kathleen “Loserfruit” Belsten, and others joined in on the fun. The year 2020 continued this growing series with another Australian personality recognized chiefly for his Fortnite content on YouTube.

Lannan “LazarBeam” Eacott rode the wave of Fortnite’s popularity into superstardom. His efforts paid off when Epic Games collaborated with the Aussie to make him an exclusive member in the ICON Series. LazarBeam’s skin featured construction worker apparel and some other unique selectable styles. It’s one for the ages and worth grabbing whenever it may resurface in the Item Shop, especially for LazarBeam fans.

T-800

Top 10 Best Fortnite Skin: From 2017 to 2021 | The Fortnite versions of the robotic Terminator and Sarah Connor appear above the text "Fortnite Sarah Connor & T-800" with a space-like background behind them

Innovation is a word that perfectly describes Fortnite. Chapter 2 – Season Five allowed Epic Games to continue searching for ways to bring characters into the universe that no one would have imagined. After destroying the human race during Judgment Day, the T-800, the cyber killer many will recognize from the Terminator movie series, has arrived in Fortnite Battle Royale much to the dismay of fans around the world.

Epic Games tend to follow a similar layout and model, so the T-800 likely knocked developers out of their comfort zone. Luckily, Epic has done justice to the famous Terminator character for its Fortnite look. The appearance of the T-800 reflects that of its movie counterpart and there is no more apt character to use when collecting deletions and internal SkyNet routing.

MARIGOLD

Top 10 Best Fortnite Skin: From 2017 to 2021 | A female secret agent with golden daggers and holstered pistols, the Marigold Fortnite skin, appears next to the words Fortnite Golden Touch Challenge Pack.

There have always been rumors about Midas’ female complexion. Concept art was brought to light shortly after players saw the golden character Midas in Chapter Two – Battle Season Two. More than a year later, Epic Games used the concept art of kitsunexkitsu to produce a female Midas, known as Marigold.

Despite the long wait, players finally had a chance to represent Marigold on March 9. The “Gold Touch Pack”, as Epic called it, cost players 1,500 V-Bucks. Marigold is equipped with two distinct styles that can be chosen and some other cosmetics in the game. It brought fans of Chapter 2 – Season 2 back to Happy Place and became an instant classic.

XENOMORPH

Top 10 Best Fortnite Skin: From 2017 to 2021 | Ellen Ripley's and Alien's Fortnite skins appear next to the words "Fortnite Xenomorph & Ripley".

As the Terminator, Epic Games managed to capture the Alien movie series somehow during Fortnite Chapter 2 – Season 5. Owning two of the most iconic killing machines in cinema history was incomprehensible at the time. However, when the Item Shop changed on February 26, the perfect organism stood there waiting for players to spend their V-Bucks.

Although Fortnite’s target audience might not understand, Epic totally hit the target in the Xenomorph look. Everything from the movement to the design is impressive. Xenomorph might not be available to everyone, but it added another layer within the reach of Epic Games, and they didn’t fail to produce an accurate representation of the terrible alien.

GRIMEY

Top 10 Best Fortnite Skin: From 2017 to 2021 | The Fortnite Grimey skin, a black paint humanoid gliding across paper.

A new addition to the Battle Royale list via “Marked Man Set”, Grimey is a weird character who first leaked before Patch v16.20. This new beauty outfit finally entered the Item Shop on April 25, accompanied by a number of other cosmetics. Unlike the various Fortnite variants, Grimey presents an original concept based entirely on player qualifiers.

The more eliminations you win, the more ghost friends appear on the torso of Grimey’s jellyfish. This unique property is incredible and quickly puts Grimey at the top of our list. Epic should do more skins like this.
