Starting February 10th, Pokémon Go players will have a Valentine’s Day event featuring three new Pokémon, a new look at FruFru, and more.
In the event of 2022, Valentine’s Day takes place from February 10. 10.00 local time until February 14 at 20.00 local time.
The event bonus that all players get is the Double Lure Module Duration, Double Catch Candy, and your Buddy Pokémon will give you more items during the event. There are also three new Pokémon debuts during the event: Flabe, Floate, and Florge. A new ex-transformation will also be available near FruFru, which will allow players to transfer a normal FruFru to Heart Trim FruFru.
The event will also feature two Valentine’s Day-themed fundraising challenges which, once completed, will reward players with two frillish, one female and one male. In addition, more attacks will be available for Galaday and Gardevoir. If players evolve Kirlia into one of the forms during the event, it will learn synchronously. Galaday and Gardevoir, who were caught after the raid during the incident, are already aware of the move.
What are the encounters during Pokemon Go Valentine’s Day Event 2022?
Flababe, one of the new Pokémon introduced with this update, comes in five colors, and players can encounter certain colors depending on where they live. The red flower Flabébé can be caught in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The Blue Flower Flabe can be caught in the Asia-Pacific region, and the Yellow Flower Flabay can be caught in the Americas. Orange and White Flower Flabe Pokémon can appear for lucky players, no matter what region they are in.

Players who are lucky will encounter these Pokémon during the event:

In addition, there will be special Red Pokémon, new avatar items, stickers and bundles and a Global Challenge that will give players a 3x Transfer Candy bonus if they send 70 million gifts during the event.
