Nubia will announce a new RedMagic 6R gaming smartphone in China on May 27, as approved by the company. The device will join the existing Redmagic 6 and 6 Pro phones, which have become official in March.

For highlights, the 6R should come with 55 watts of fast charging, support for OLED panels, and Snapdragon 888 chipsets.

The RedMagic 6R will feature a traditional screen with a thin frame and a fingerprint sensor on the display. At the rear, it will pack a square camera module.
The device will offer a 6.67-inch OLED screen + full HD (1080×2400 pixels) with a refresh rate of 120 Hz or 144 Hz.
According to the dimensions, it should measure 163.03×75.34×8.20 mm and bend the scales to 186.4 grams.

The RedMagic 6R will come with a square rear camera setup, with a 64-megapixel main lens and three additional sensors, the details of which are still unknown. It will have a 16-megapixel selfie clutch on the front.

The Nubia Red magic 6R will be powered by Snapdragon 888 processor, with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
Under the hood, it will run on Android 11 and will have a 4,100 mAh battery with 55-watt fast charging support.
For connectivity, the device should provide support for Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, 5G, and Type-C port.
Nubia RedMagic 6R Price
The official availability prices of the RedMagic 6R will be announced at the launch event on May 27th. Its price is expected to be lower than the RedMagic 6 which starts at CNY 3,799 (about 43,000 rupees) in China.
