It recently became apparent that users can now post photos and videos to Instagram directly through its desktop app on Mac and PC. The new update will allow users to edit photos and videos, write captions through the Instagram web. This functionality was first revealed by industry executive Matt Navara (@MattNavarra).

This will be really useful for the users as they can directly upload the images stored on their laptop without having to do so from the mobile application only. According to reports, not all Instagram users have received this update yet and it seems that Instagram is currently testing this feature only among some users before it is officially released to the public. How to post Photos, videos on Instagram from web

– Log in to Instagram Internet, then click on the (+) icon that will appear in the top right corner of the site.

After clicking, select the image from the laptop or computer and select a different size for the images (source, square, portrait and landscape).

– Choose a filter from a variety of filters Instagram has to offer. Users can also adjust brightness, contrast and other editing options to tweak the image. When you’re done editing, add captions, tags, and locations (if you want), and that’s it. Click on the publish button and your post will be activated.

In other Instagram-related news, it was recently revealed that Facebook is finally launching worldwide ads on Instagram Reels, a short video creator on Instagram that competes with TikTok. Instagram began investigating Instagram reel ads in April in India, Australia, Brazil and Germany.
