First add the feature to your Control Center by going to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls, then tap the green button next to Screen Tap.
The screen recording widget should now appear in your Control Center, which can be accessed by swiping up from the bottom of the screen or by swiping down from the top right edge of the iPhone 11, iPhone XR or iPhone XS.
Open Control Center and tap the Screen Recording icon. It looks like a large dot inside a circle and changes color from white to red while recording.
After clicking the screen record icon, you will get a countdown of three seconds before your device starts recording. In addition, a red bar will appear in the upper right corner of the screen, indicating that the recording is in progress.
To stop recording the screen, tap the red timer in the top right corner of the screen, and then tap “Stop.”
You will now receive the message “Recording a video saved in pictures” that will appear in your message tray; Tap it and watch the recorded screenshot in the Photos app.
You can also add your own voice while recording the screen, allowing users to book videos. If you want to record your recording, simply open Control Center, followed by a long press on the record button.
A pop-up window will appear with options. Now tap the microphone icon to activate the feature. After you turn on the microphone audio icon, the microphone button automatically turns red.
Once you finish recording your phone screen, your clip will be automatically saved in the Camera Roll app, which can be edited or shared with a friend.
