Pokemon Go Community Day is here, and with it players will be able to more easily capture and train the dragon / mighty type of land.
Running from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time on June 6 will show players will see much more than the Jabal and have an increased chance of seeing the brilliant version if they are lucky. Unfortunately, no Mega Garchomp will appear immediately after the event, but players can still develop their sheet characters to Gabit and then to Garachomp who will know the exclusive Charge Move Earth Power for the event.
As always, Capture XP accumulated during the event will be tripled and any incense fired will last three hours instead of the normal time. Also, a snapshot bonus will appear throughout the event.
Throughout the event, players will have access to exclusive studies exclusive to the Just a Nibble event, which will cost $1 to open. If you’re planning on doing everything and making the most of Camel Community Day, here are all the tasks and rewards you can expect.
HOW TO GET GARCHOMP IN POKEMON GO
Fortunately, unlike a handful of new Pokemon in Pokemon Go, Garchomp has no special development requirements.
So it’s just a matter of the development of the Gabil to Gavit with 25 candies, and then the development of the Gavit to Garchomp with another 100 candies.
Be sure to develop it inside the event window to get Garchomp’s special move.
Also, while 15/15/15 is the optimal fourth in the lower leagues, to get the best Garchomp, you want to be very close to 15/15/15.

WHAT IS THE BEST MOVESET FOR GARCHOMP?
To make Garchomp as efficient as possible, you’ll want to make sure you use its special earth power as one of the charged moves for Community Day.
To get the most out of STAB damage, the other loaded move you’ll want to use is Rage.
Finally, Mud Shot or Dragon Tail are really strong choices in terms of their quick moves, so you may want to run two Garachomps – one if you want to specialize in ground-type moves, and the other for dragon-type moves. .
Here is the full set of movements:
- Fast Move – Dragon Tail/Mud Shot
- Charge Move – Outrage
- Charge Move – Earth Power
