Asus Chromebook Flip C214, Chromebook C423, Chromebook C523 and Chromebook C223 laptop models have been launched in India in partnership with Flipkart. As the name suggests, the four models run on Chrome OS, Google’s suite of apps, with a robust design that’s geared more towards people working from home. After the laptop became available in the US and other regions, it entered the Indian market. The Asus Chromebook C423 and Chromebook C523 come with both touch and non-touch displays.

Specifications of Asus Chromebook Flip C214

The Asus Chromebook Flip C214 features an 11.6-inch HD (1266×768 pixels) anti-glare touchscreen display with a 16: 9 aspect ratio. Its 360-degree hinge allows you to use the laptop in multiple modes. The Chromebook is powered by an Intel Celeron N4020 dual-core processor with Intel UHD Graphics 600. It comes with 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB eMMC storage. It also supports storage expansion via microSD card (up to 2TB). For connectivity, you get one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports, a 3.5mm combo audio jack, and a microSD card reader. The Asus Chromebook Flip C214 keyboard is water resistant and the laptop complies with US MIL-STD 810G military standard. It has a 50 Wh battery that is said to last up to 11 hours.

Asus Chromebook C423 Basic Specifications

The Asus Chromebook C423 sports a 14-inch HD (1366×768 pixels) touchscreen display (optional) with an aspect ratio of 16:9 and a maximum brightness of 200 nits. It is powered by Intel Celeron N3350 processor paired with Intel HD Graphics 500, 8GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage. The storage can be expanded up to 256GB with the help of microSD card. It has two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C ports, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a microSD card reader. It is equipped with 38Wh battery and 720p webcam. It also has Google Assistant voice recognition.

The Chromebook C523 features an optional 15.6-inch HD touchscreen (1366×768 pixels) with an aspect ratio of 16: 9 and a maximum brightness of 200 nits. Under the hood, it is powered by an Intel Celeron N500 dual-core processor with Intel HD Graphics 3350. The Chromebook has 8GB of RAM and 64GB of storage that can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 2TB). It features a 38Wh battery and a 720p HD webcam. The Asus Chromebook C523 is equipped with two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C ports, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a microSD card reader.

Asus Chromebook C223 Specifications

The Asus Chromebook C223 sports a 11.6-inch HD (1366×768 pixels) non-touch display with a maximum brightness of 200 nits and an aspect ratio of 16:9. It is powered by Intel Celeron N500 dual-core processor with Intel HD Graphics. 3350, paired with 8GB of RAM. Storage and 32GB of storage can be expanded via microSD card (up to 2TB). Connectivity options include one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C ports, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a microSD card reader. The Asus Chromebook C223 packs a 38Wh battery and spill-resistant keyboard. It also has a 720p HD webcam.

• The Asus Chromebook Flip C214 is priced at Rs 23,999 and is offered in a single gray color option.
• The Asus Chromebook C423 costs Rs 19,999 for the non-touch model and Rs 23,999 for the touchscreen model. They are presented in silver color.
• The Asus Chromebook C523 is priced at Rs 20,999 for the non-touch model and Rs 24,999 for the touchscreen model. Also available in silver.
• The Asus Chromebook C223, the cheapest model in the lineup, costs Rs 17,999 and is offered in gray.
• All Asus Chromebook models will be available for purchase from Flipkart starting July 22.
